This issues happens on the latest Polysix v2.0.6.
Our dev team is investigating the issues right now. Meantime please manually exclude the plugin from the list.
To do so:
1. Open Cubase/Nuendo’s menu “Device”> “Plug-in Manager”.
2. Select the “Blacklist” tab.
3. Select “Polysix” and then the Reactivate button.
4. Press the “Reactivate” button in the warning message that appears.
5. Verify that Polysix has disappeared from the Blacklist tab.
