Where can I find the manuals for wavestate native and Sample Builder?

The manual for wavestate native is available online, in English and Japanese.

The manual for Sample Builder is also available online, in English.

 

You can also open the manuals directly from within the software, using the Open Online Manual command. This is in the Help menu for Sample Builder, and in the main menu for wavestate native.
