Where are the wavestate native plug-ins and sounds installed? – KORG app Help Center

The wavestate native plug-ins, preferences, and sounds are installed in the locations shown below.

Plug-ins

macOS

AAX: /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/wavestate native.aaxplugin

AU: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/wavestate native.component

VST3: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/wavestate native.vst3

Windows

AAX: \Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins\wavestate native.aaxplugin

VST3: \Program Files\Common Files\VST3\wavestate native.vst3

Preferences

macOS

~/Library/Application Support/KORG/wavestate native

(If entering the path as text, it is "~/Library/Application\ Support/KORG/wavestate\ native")

Windows

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\KORG\wavestate native

Sounds

The sound database and factory Multisamples are stored in a dedicated folder structure. This can be created anywhere during the installation process, but as defaults we recommend:

macOS: /Users/Shared/KORG/wavestate native/System
Windows: \Users\Public\Public Documents\KORG\wavestate native\System

User Multisamples can be stored anywhere.

Wavestate native appears as standalone but not as vst
