multi/poly Editor/Librarian release notes

Version 1.1.2

• Added new contextual menu commands to the Performance Selector at the top left of the window: “Select in Librarian,” and “Export…,” and “Add To Set List...” “Select In Librarian” switches to the Librarian page with the current Performance selected. “Export” does the same, and then brings up the dialog to export the Performance to disk. “Add To Set List...” brings up a dialog allowing the user to add the Performance to any slot in the Active Set List; the slot defaults to the first Init Performance, if present, or otherwise to slot A1.
• When a single Performance is selected in the Librarian, a new contextual menu item is available: Add To Set List. This has the same functionality as the similar command in the Performance Selector at the top of the window. Note that this command will not appear if more than one Performance is selected.
• The QWERTY arrow keys now control inc/dec when a numeric field is selected.
• Selecting a performance from the Librarian window now also sets the Performance Selector to use the Librarian's search and filter criteria.
• The Librarian list view now selects new or updated items after import, and deselects all items on undo.
• Previously, newly created Set Lists or newly imported data might not have been visible immediately, depending on the Librarian's filter settings. Now, creating a new Set List or importing data automatically clears those filter settings.
• Window zoom amount now affects pop-up windows, Preferences, and Set List windows.
• Improved the logic for item selection when updating metadata. Selection is now preserved if you edit text and press Enter. Selection is also now preserved after editing metadata when the list is sorted by modification date.
• Previously, after using Compare on the hardware, the Master EQ and Reverb sections could temporarily become uneditable. This has now been fixed.
• In Set Lists, the background color of the name text editor is now the same as that of the set list slots.
• Previously, if the user opened specific selectors in the Editor/Librarian (such as Program Select or Motion Sequence Shape), then selected a different Layer by pressing a button on the hardware, and then confirmed the selection in the Editor/Librarian, the Editor/Librarian could crash. This has now been fixed.
• Windows only: previously, closing a specific Set List window might also close other Set List windows. This has now been fixed.

• The left-side category filters now show correct categories for the different Sequence Lane types.
• Windows only: version 1.0.5 introduced an error in the NCM configuration that prevented automatic connection to the hardware. This has now been fixed.
• Previously, the progress bar could occasionally get stuck when reaching the end of Librarian actions such as import/export, preventing the user from closing the popup. This has now been fixed.
• Previously, if the user edited a Set List, closed the Set List window, and then used Undo, a crash could occur. This has now been fixed.

• Import, backup, and restore all now support file sizes greater than 2 GB.
• "Get Plug-in Coupon…" has been added under the File menu. This allows owners of the multi/poly hardware to generate a coupon to purchase the multi/poly native plug-in at a discount.
• Double-clicking on the Multi Filter or SE M/P Crossfade knobs now sets the value to 0%, instead of 50%.
• When undoing an import action, the message now correctly reads "Please wait…"
• Modulation intensity now correctly shows the plus sign for modulations on unipolar parameters.
• The X-mod Amount knob label is now abbreviated as Amt, to avoid truncation.
• In the Librarian, if a Collection is selected and then all of its items are deleted or moved out of the Collection, the Collection name is now removed from the filters list.
• Previously, when exporting data, the progress bar could remain stuck on the screen. This has now been fixed.
• Previously, if the "New Version" dialog appeared before the Editor/Librarian connected to the synth, the UI could become unresponsive when the synth connected. This has now been fixed.
• Windows only: Added support for the multi/poly module in the Windows system configuration.

Version 1.0.4

• The new 20 minute option for Auto Power Off (in Utility/Settings) is now shown, if it is supported by the connected instrument.
• Previously, the Vintage Distortion and CX-3 Rotary Speaker effects could not be selected from the Effects Type menus. This has now been fixed.
• macOS only: Previously, multiple instances of the about box could be opened. This has now been fixed.
