Connection problems may occur when attempting to connect the B2/B2SP/B2N to an iPhone/iPad using a Lightning To USB Camera Adapter

This problem occurs when connecting to a USB device through the iPhone/iPad's Lightning port when using a "Lightning To USB Camera Adapter", and has been confirmed for the following products:

B2 / B2SP / B2N

If you experience this problem, there are 3 ways to solve it:

  1. Try using a Lightning To USB3 Camera Adapter instead.
  2. Connect the Lightning to USB Camera Adapter to the USB device using a USB Hub (If there is insufficient power, please use a self-powered USB hub.)
  3. Replace the USB cable and try again.
