This problem occurs when connecting to a USB device through the iPhone/iPad's Lightning port when using a "Lightning To USB Camera Adapter", and has been confirmed for the following products:
B2 / B2SP / B2N
If you experience this problem, there are 3 ways to solve it:
- Try using a Lightning To USB3 Camera Adapter instead.
- Connect the Lightning to USB Camera Adapter to the USB device using a USB Hub (If there is insufficient power, please use a self-powered USB hub.)
- Replace the USB cable and try again.
