Please confirm that the firmware for your Bluetooth device is up to date.
Please confirm your computer’s OS version and ensure it is up to date.
Please follow the KORG Bluetooth MIDI Connection Guide.
Please unpair the device and then pair it again.

You cannot connect to multiple computers via Bluetooth simultaneously.
Confirm that the Bluetooth device's LED indicates it is not connected before connecting it to the new computer.
If the LED on your Bluetooth device indicates a connection, it may be connected to another computer you previously used. Please disconnect it.
・Mac: In the Bluetooth dialog box of System Settings, tap “Forget This Device...” for the Bluetooth MIDI device
in question
・iOS/iPadOS (16 or lator): In the Bluetooth settings of the Settings app, tap “Forget this Device” for the
Bluetooth MIDI device in question.
( Even if you press “Disconnect” or “Not Connected,” the connection will not be completely disconnected because macOS and iOS will automatically reconnect it. ) If the Bluetooth device remains connected after performing the above steps, try turning off the power to any previously used computers or disabling the Bluetooth function on those computers.

- Please use the latest KORG BLE-MIDI driver.
- Reinstall the KORG BLE-MIDI driver.
- Restart your computer after installing or uninstalling the driver.
