The USB device is not recognized on your PC/Mac.

Please try the following steps to see if the issue is resolved.

  • If multiple USB devices are connected to the computer, disconnect the other devices.

  • If multiple applications are running on the computer, close the other applications.

  • If you are using a USB hub, disconnect the hub and connect the device directly to the PC/Mac.

  • There may be a problem with the USB cable you are using. Try using a different USB cable.

  • If you are using a long USB cable, the device may not be recognized. Please use the supplied USB cable.

  • There may be an issue with the USB port on your computer. Try connecting the device to a different USB port.
