Bluetooth communication of microKEY Air is disconnected on Mac. – KORG app Help Center

The microKEY Air Bluetooth connection is disconnected because a specific Mac sometimes sends data with a different connection type.

If Bluetooth communication of microKEY Air is disconnected on your Mac, please try switching the Connection Type of microKEY Air.

・Update microKEY Air System to v1.0.5 or later.
microKEY Air System Updater

・Install KORG KONTROL Editor v2.1.2 or later.
KORG KONTROL Editor

Be sure to use microKEY Air v1.0.5 or later with KORG KONTROL Editor v2.1.2 or later.

Connection Type parameter is displayed only in KORG KONTROL Editor v2.1.2 or later for Mac.
The default value of Connection Type is 1, please try switching to 2.

If Connection Type is 2, it is not possible to connect with Windows.
If you use microKEY Air on both Mac and Windows, please switch Connection Type each time you use.
