I have purchased a korg pa3xle keyboard from american musical supply New Jersey USA on march 26 2018 items in open box, according to the salesman Mr. Erick stated that this product is new, when I received the keyboard 3 items are missing (1) music stand with screw (2)owners user book of having 500 pages (3) foot switch.
When I called them for missing parts they advised me to e-mail to korgusa to get this parts.
Korg pa3xle, seriel #9001913, order #W8912608 purchased from american musical supply NJ, they could not help me to get the missing parts, 1. music stand 2. foot switch 3. owners manual with 500 pages
I want to upgrade update version taking to your service center as well, Please help me these issues.

i have korg pa600 keyboard .i want upgrade my os operating system v 1.00 July 2012.
i press the intro & power key then keyboard on & show on screen system update. After this Screen keyboard hang .Show only korg display on screen. what is solution pls help me.bcz some feature are not work in keyboard.

Olá, vc conseguiu atualizar o korg pa 600 ? Se sim ,como vc fez para atualizar? O meu pa 600 está com o mesmo problema.
