Can I use the Bluetooth feature using USB Bluetooth Adaptors in the market?

If it is compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 Smart, yes.
However, you can only use 1 Bluetooth feature for 1 device with Windows PC. If you are using USB Bluetooth Adaptor with a PC with Bluetooth features, you must first disable the internal Bluetooth feature. Please refer to instructions of your PC and disable the internal Bluetooth feature.
