To use the microKEY / microKEY Air, it needs to be selected correctly in the MIDI port settings of the software program you use. Please refer to the operation manual of the software for details.
In case of the Windows standard driver, only one application program can use the microKEY. To use the microKEY from two or more application programs, please install the latest KORG USB-MIDI driver.
