There's no sound from the KORG Module

We are aware of an issue that occurs when Audio Latency is set to 32 on iOS 9.2. As a workaround, you can avoid this by changing the value to 64 or higher. We are currently investigating the issue, and will continue to post updates here. If you are running on iOS 8, we have confirmed that Audio Latency 32 works properly. Thank you for your patience.

I got I pad air 2. I have the apple lighting camera cord and a usb 2.0 cable. I have a MOXF8 88 full size keyboard and a 350 Roland Amp. My App KORG MODULE. IT WILL NOT PLAY thur my 88 Yamaha KEYBOARD Now I can only hear the sounds coming thur the I pad Air 2 only. I contact Yamaha Support and they r haven't heard anything about this. I upgraded my ipad Air 2 software to 10.3.3 and now I can''t get the sound of the Korg Module to play thur my 88 keys. Please help? Thank you. PS I also tried it with my Iphone S and it didn’t work either.

    Ditto!
I just got the Korg module for IPad/iPhone iOS today.
It seems that it only plays through the Apple iPad or iPhone (10.3.3) speakers and not the Yamaha midi keyboard amp. I've made all the correct internal keyboard settings.
So right now it looks like I need a 3.5mm plug for the headphones out on my iPad, to my external amplifier. Ok.
I use my iPad Air 2 for all my "Guitar Tabs" sheet music, and I apparently can't open both programs. So I can use my iPhone. But my iPhone 7 has no headphone outputs (uses the same lightning port for module input) 😜
Is this indeed the case here? That this Korg module, when connected via midi to an external keyboard, will only receive playback through the iPad/iPhone speakers?
You suggest a workaround (above) changing audio latency to 64 with iOS, yet no direction. So HOW is this done for exactly?
    Very frustrating,
    Thx 🎹

    Hello,

Thank you for purchasing KORG Module.

Does your MIDI keyboard have an audio interface function for iOS device? If not, it needs an audio interface device such as our plugKEY which has MIDI input and audio outputs, you can connect your MIDI keyboard and amp to an iOS device with this.

We hope it will help you.

I have an intermittent problem using Korg Module with my Alesis Vortex Wireless USB Midi Controller Keytar. Sometimes it works properly; sometimes there is no sound output. I have tried turning off the iPad and restarting the software, which usually doesn't work. I actually had it working during a performance, then turned off the Vortex (which runs on batteries) to save battery power during a break between sets. When I turned it back on, there was no sound output. Is this likely to be related to the latency issue I have seen discussed previously, or some corruption/disruption to the program? I checked sound latency setting, which is set to 256 on my iPad Pro running iOS 10.3.3 (I have not yet upgraded to iOS 11). I cannot have software that does not function reliably during a gig. There are no physical inputs on my Keytar to use something like the plugKey, unfortunately. Thanks for help.
