The app won’t start up

Try the following.

  1. Close all iOS apps that are running in the background.
  2. Turn off the iPad, and then restart it.
  3. Delete the app and reinstall it ... *

* Please back up your data since this will erase all data and settings that you've stored in iM1.

How to create a Backup of your data.

  1. Connect your iPad to your Mac / PC.
  2. Launch iTunes on your Mac / PC.
  3. Select your "iPad" from the upper tab in iTunes.
  4. Select “Apps” on the upper tab.
  5. Scroll down and select the "KORG iM1" in Apps, located below File Sharing.
  6. “KORG iM1 Documents” will be shown on the right side file will be shown in the list. Copy the file to your computer using the drag and drop method.
