Can I play using an external MIDI keyboard?

Of course! You can play Module using an external MIDI keyboard such as microKEY-25 or nanoKEY2, taktile etc. via iPad Camera Connection Kit / Lightning USB Camera Adapter.

Is there any plans for midi mapping? Or way to set a master volume when using midi and not USB midi.

Currently using an alesis qx49, and io dock 2, iPad Air.

    Hello.
My controler is an Alesis VI49. When I plug it to my iPad it sais that this device requires too much power. However, I power the VI49 with a power supply through the mains!

Even if I discard the message there is no effect of the VI49 on the iM1.
    Nothing works all in all.
    Any ideas??

    Thank you

Problem solved with the interception of a mains powered USB hub between the MIDI controler and the iPad.

Will this app work with a ‘generic’ midi keyboard connected via Bluetooth? I am currently using a Yamaha MD-BT01 for use with my iPad. Or does it have to use a dedicated Korg product?
