In the current version, you can undo only while you are performing real-time recording notes or parameters with the Rec button.
The Quantize button will be automatically changed to the Undo button when tapping the Rec button and record notes or parameters with keyboard and knobs.
Note that you cannot undo once the Rec button is turned off.
There really should be a global undo system...

Why is there not an undo function? This is idiotic. I am also able to copy, but what about PASTE??
Agreed. How is this oversight possible? Gadget is, in iPad terms, a premium priced app/ suite of apps.
