◾️Operating requirements
To use Keystage with Ableton Live, please update Ableton Live to the latest version.
◾️How to use
・Download and install Ableton Live on your PC/Mac.
・Connect the Keystage to your PC/Mac.
・Start Ableton Live.
Select the following MIDI ports.
[Mac] Live - Preferences - MIDI - Control Surfaces
[Win] Options - Preferences - MIDI - Control Surfaces,
Input: Keystage DAW IN
Output: Keystage DAW OUT
・To input Keystage keyboard notes,
Check the MIDI Ports In: Keystage (KBD/CTRL) Track.
・To synchronize the Keystage arpeggiator to the Ableton Live tempo,
Check the MIDI Ports - Out: Keystage (CTRL) Sync.
・The following functions are assigned to Keystage controllers.

・Create a MIDI track and load the instrument or plug-in.
e.g. Here is an image for using the KORG wavestate native LE as a plug-in.
・You can assign your favorite parameters of wavestate native LE to the 8 knobs of Keystage.
Click the "triangle icon" in the device view to open the device parameters.
・Click "configure" to open the wavestate native LE window.
・Select your favorite parameters for the 8 Knobs in Keystage.
e.g. Assign the top 8 parameters. Click on the parameters one by one.
・The 8 parameters are assigned to Live.
*Even if more than 8 parameters are selected, only the 1st-8th parameters will be assigned to the Keystage.
*For plug-ins with less than 64 parameters, the initial parameters are automatically assigned.
This window allows you to change the order of parameters and deselect parameters.
The following information will be displayed on the Keystage main display.
・Upper left: Keystage scene name
・Upper right: Live track name
・Center: Plug-in name
・Lower left: Global MIDI channel of Keystage
・Bottom center: Program Change number
・The parameters assigned in Live are displayed on the 8 Knobs on the Keystage.
・For plug-ins that support program change, use the VALUE^v button or the VALUE encoder on Keystage to change the program.
・Keystage sends Program Change 0 - 127.
*Program change is supported only for AU plug-ins.
*In the case of wavestate native LE, Performance is changed depending on the selected Set List.
