In the standalone application on Windows, the top of the window is hidden

This can happen if the application's Zoom is set too high for the current screen. Even after adjusting Zoom to fit, the title bar may remain offscreen. A workaround is to open Windows' Settings > System > Display panel, and adjust the Scale value under Scale & Layout. This will cause any open windows to adjust their position on the display. After that, you can reset the Scale value as desired.
