- Log in to KORG USER NET.
- Select "Migration Coupon" from the menu.
- Copy the displayed migration coupon code.
- Go to the KORG Shop by clicking on the URL of the product.
- Add the product to your cart and enter the migration coupon code.
* In order to proceed with the purchase at the KORG Shop, new registration to KORG ID and input of coupon code is required. Also, although the price will be displayed, it will become free by entering the coupon code.
- Please register a new KORG ID from the checkout page.
- Confirm that you have received a confirmation email from KORG ID and activate your account.
- Log in to the created KORG ID account to proceed with the purchase.
- Download KORG Software Pass and activate your license.
- After activation is complete, download and install products.

Tried serveral times over hours, no chance to migrate
Same experiences. I tried migrating for 2 days with repeating server errors, I tried in 4 browsers. The system is not stable at all, many times giving an error response by just trying to enter the shop page. Coupon code can sometimes be entered, but the apply button gives no response. This procedure is crap, a waste of time.
Migration procedure really is a crap. Have people at Korg alla gone nuts ? Is this the way to treat customers. Blame on Korg !!!

Incredible that they can let this go on for over two days with no updates. They should take the shop offline with an update notice in it's place and fix it. They need way more servers and I can't believe they didn't plan for this or have auto-scaling in place.
I am happy to wait as Korg software Instruments are 100%.

Migration is still not working. I presume my M1 coupon will be marked as "already used" because the web servers screwed up while i was trying to add it to my cart...
Mine must have been used about 8 times.

Everything worked today until korg asked me to pay via paypal for an migration amount of zero - impossible. stupid
I had the same problem and then i thought!! dangerous!!
At the bottom it says something about no information when transacting with Paypal
Click that and then it will go through

I finally got my migration done, too, but it was the individual products, not the Legacy Collection. I saw no reference to Legacy Cell.
Yeah, where is Legacy Cell? This whole process is complete rubbish and after all the hassle (hours of clicking around the place) I find there is no simple way to login to my account to download the files in the future, there is a separate login required for the shop + this site and lastly after installing the new plugins they are not being detected by my DAW or Komplete Kontrol even after confirming the DLL is installed in the scanned plugin folder as it was under Legacy. Now because of holidays I guess I have to wait to have this fixed?

A good idea would be to create a Legacy Cell with MS-20-Polysix-Wavestation-M1 MonoPoly and ARP Odyssey

Yes this is not detailed in the email that is sent to customers. It is hard to locate where to download these from ones account. The email has links but does not show Legacy Cel.
The issues have been resolved with the latest installer. The issue was mainly due to the fact the installer did not give the option to install the DLL to a specified path and was not showing the 64bit plugins for me to relocate.
The emails need to be updated with the latest software links and also a lin k to your account for future downloads would be helpful too.
A "Unified Installer" should really be considered to install the whole collection in a single install so it's a little easier. Much less painful than the old korg.net method though.
Korg Support told me "The Legacy Cell download link should be found in the MDE-X item in KORG ID product lists" They send a direkt link and this worked fine for me.
I have a question which to all Korg Users who work with LiveProfessor2 (AudioStröm): Is here somebody who work with this Software togester with LegacyCell? My problem is, that LiveProfessor2 goes down when I try to integrate LegacyDell in.
Is there a solution. I also asked the programmer a couple of month before, but he did not find a way to solve this problem till today.

I can not register one of my plugins to my account. Wavestation tells me, that the product code was already used, bravo Korg. Please submit a working code. I neve saw such a weak performance.
I am confused about the ordering/migration process from the old KLC to the new Korg Collection. On my page on korguser.net it says~:

I input the code as instructed, and it was accepted as valid but the price does not change at any stage. Does the discount only apply once I press the 'Place Order' button?
Do you try to use the coupon for "KORG Collection - Special Bundle Upgrade for Legacy Bundle?" This is paid upgrade, so price is not changed even if you entered the coupon. This product can be purchased by only using the coupon.
I upgraded but only 1 plugin asked for the licence code and only this one shows in the 'authorised products' at KORGID.
Also, some of the products have odd information when clicking the 'about' option. e.g.. my Wavestation shows : Host: Wavestation version 1.3.1, Core: Wavestation version 1.7.2.
It seems odd when some of the other products show host and core as both latest versions.

I specifically write a certain and it will send me to 1 place then I test it and it sends me to a different I repeat this over and over and I can tell the next step It cuts me off after I write a complaint and it doesnt cut me off if I write a positive remark. C'mon what is going on and now I have writen Korg user net is a scam all over the I-net and I can't take it back because i Have pushed extend this to ypur followers buttons. Luckily I used my fake app site except for on u-tube sorry I am paranoid enough to think I was being singled out. On that note Lisbon is realy cool maybe you could throw that in to make up for the suffering and heartache We all felt when this monstrous deal we thought was being witheld from us.
