I have not received my product code

After you have purchased a product from the KORG Shop and your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and product code email. Please note that some e-mail services incorrectly flag the automated messages from our servers as junk mail, so please make sure to check your junk folders for the e-mail.

This shipping confirmation is sent automatically via e-mail within 30-60 minutes after your order is completed. However, on rare occasions, it may take more than 2 hours, e.g. if your purchase has to be reviewed manually.

If you don't receive your product code, please contact our customer support and have your order number to hand.
