How do I re-download sound pack?

Use the following procedure to restore the data.

  1. In the File Menu of the screen, choose "Store icon".
  2. In the lower part of the screen, choose "Restore".
  3. This completes re-downloading of the sound pack.

    i want to get back my korg iMono/poly product that i bought a year ago that i was using i don't want to buy it again i pay them one its enough it's the first time i have one problem like that I have a lot of music apps from other developers I've never had a problem recovering them in my cloud apart you there's a problem on your side if not I see it as a fraud it's serious thank you
