I have not received my product code

After you purchased a product in the KORG Shop and your order is completed you will receive 2 different emails from us: Order confirmation and product code information.

Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Korg Shop:Product Code". If you cannot find such an email, check your spam folder too.

These emails are sent automatically within 30-60 minutes after your order is completed. However, on rare occasions, it may take more than 2 hours, e.g. if your purchase has to be reviewed manually.

 If you cannot find such emails, please access to your account page in korg.shop , then select an order. You will see the code at the item section.

If you can't find your product code in your inbox as well as the shop account page, please contact our customer support and have your order number to hand.
