Overview

This screen shows you an overview of your tracks, scenes, piano roll, gadgets, and more.



Header section


1. File button
Pressing this button will display a menu you can use to save and load songs.   

New: Create a new song.
Open: Open a saved song.
Save: Overwrite the current saved version of the song.
Save as: Save the song as a new file.
SMF import: Import standard / MIDI file.

2. iCloud Drive button
Pressing the button displays the iCloud Drive folder.
You can save and load songs.

Open from iCloud Drive: Open a song saved in iCloud Drive.
Save on iCloud Drive: Save the currently open song on your iCloud Drive.

3. Export button
Pressing this button will export the song to the selected data format.

Ableton Live project: Export the currently open song to an Ableton Live project.
Audio file: Export the currently open song to an audio file.
Standard / MIDI file: Export the currently open song as a MIDI file.

4. Ableton Link button
Enables “Ableton Link” for jam performance.

5. GadgetCloud button
Pressing this button will display the music-sharing service, “GadgetCloud”.

6. Allihoopa button
Pressing this button will allow you to upload your file to the music-sharing service, “Allihoopa”.

7. Information button
Press this button will display the information.

8. Zoom button
Zooms the entire display in and out.

9. Mixer button
Switches between mixer displays.

10. Gadget button
Switches between gadget displays.

11. Switch display mode button
Switches between left frame mode, left and right frame mode, and right frame mode.
