I am using Orion Platinum and it doesn't appear to support vst 3, will there be a vst 2 version for micro korg eventually ?

Any plans to support Bitwig? MicroKorg doesn't seem to show up in 4.4.3. Works as advertised in Logic.

Reason 11 is listed as a compatible DAW on the microKorg VST product page, but at the time of writing, Reason 11 and Reason 12 (the version i'm using) only hosts VST2 and not VST3. I can't seem to find a VST2 option in the microKorg VST installer.

I'm sure many others are running into a similar issue so could you let us know if this is simply an oversight that will be fixed, or that the information on the product page is incorrect and there truly is no VST2 version of the software?

It seems odd that they haven't included a vst 2 version seeing as the rest of the Korg Collection does have a vst 2 version, apart from Electribe-Re & Kaos Pad

I agree. I sent in a request on 11/27 but haven't received a response yet. Hopefully we can get a resolution soon. I've been wanting a microKorg VST for years!

I almost bought the hardware version until I saw the plugin, I was gutted when I saw there was no vst 2.

To anyone looking for VST2 support, here's the email response I received from KORG:

    **
Plug-ins up to KORG Collection 3 were compatible with VST2, so there were confusing notations and errors in the operating environment section. Starting with KORG Collection 4, only VST3 is supported, so Reason is not supported at this time. We apologize for this.
    **

KORG also offered me a refund but I recently learned that Reason is currently beta testing it's new VST3 feature so I'm going to be patient. Hope this is helpful for someone else out there.
