There's no sound.

Please check the following settings: 
  • Check whether the volume on the body of the Nintendo Switch is turned up.
  • Check whether the volume is turned up when you connect your headphones.
  • Check the Output Level volume for each program.
When using in TV Mode, please check the following settings:
  • If there are headphones connected to the Nintendo Switch itself, there will be no sound from the TV. Please disconnect your headphones.
