Bluetooth MIDI Device is not recognized on Windows

If you have previously connected a MIDI device to your computer, the KORG BLE-MIDI Device may not recognize it.

When a MIDI device is connected to the computer, it is registered as a MIDI device with the computer.

KORG BLE-MIDI Devices need to be registered within the first 10 devices.

■ Use the KORG MIDI Driver Uninstall Utility included with KORG USB-MIDI Driver to check the registered MIDI devices.

(e.g.) When using nanoKEY Studio with KORG USB-MIDI Driver.

1. Remove the nanoKEY Studio from your computer.

2. From the Windows menu, select "Uninstall KORG USB-MIDI Device".

Pressing the Next button displays the MIDI devices registered in the computer.

Confirm that the MIDI device you want to use is registered within the first 10 (midi0 ~ midi9).

*The displayed MIDI devices will vary depending on the PC environment.

*Windows creates a driver for each USB port of the PC, even for the same MIDI device. If you connect your MIDI device to multiple USB ports, that device name will be registered multiple times. Your MIDI device must be registered from midi0 to midi9 with the USB port you are using.
