Hi. Congratulations for this awesome synth. This become my number one. Is there a chance to bring the arp/sequencer to the gadget. Is so much fun for not having in Gadget. Thanks
I am getting a crashing issue and I have done all possible resets. One time it came back now not at all. I have 30 presets so I don't really want to reinstall the app!
The mod wheel syncs to every channel. So if I play from multiple midi keyboards, set to separate channels. The arp app is set to say ch3 it still responds from every other midi channel. Just the mod wheel not midi notes.
If you switch to another app, or just minimise ARP ODYSSEi- the tempo defaults back to 120bpm when you switch back to ARP ODYSSEi. Anyone have this issue?
Yes ARP functionality in Lexington please, or even better add the ODYSSEi arpeggiator functionality to the generic arpeggiator in Gadget so it can be used with all gadgets.
And preset sharing between the ODYSSEi and Lexington would also be much appreciated.
When using the standalone app, if I select midi input as channel1 notes are only received from channel 1 but cc messages are still received from other channels.
When programing a double tap to reset the parameter because it can be a nightmare to put the correct value when you touch a slider by accident. Or a 'fine mode' as see in Thor in iOS making easy tunning.
Love the app and Gadget, but small question here: The odyssei app itself allows you to switch between analog tuning and whole step, but I can't find that option when playing the instrument at Lexington in the Gadget app. What am I missing?
Hi how do you export the user patches in order to save them in case anything goes wrong with the app and you need to reload etc or are they saved in iCloud backup? I ask as a lot of synths you lose your user presets if you do an iPad reset like in all virisynths etc
This is regarding the Korg ARP Odyssei app:
Here is another request to be able to sync the LFO Frequency to an external MIDI clock signal. This would also be great fro the arpeggiator frequency when it is synced the tempo.
It would sweet if the Filter Sustain level worked properly when holding down a key and raising the Sustain level (filter ADSR engaged). It should act just like cutoff frequency at that point. It does raise eventually - like 10 or 15 seconds - but it should be instantaneous. It’s not a huge deal but ADSR Sustain is a destination for mod automation with the sequencer and there’s a lot to route through the ADSR.
How does one record the sound into rhythmical loops? Also, if a person purchases a microphone, will this do voice alteration - you know...like when on “The Brady Bunch” some talent scouts scrub Greg’s voice when they made him, “Johnny Bravo”, pop star singer.....”He fit the suit.”. 😂

Help!!
Also CC chart??
Midi learn?
Clock input?
Great app otherwise.
I also noticed the virtual keyboard stopped working. The midi keyboard does respond still.

IAA and MIDI clock sync too please :)
Hi again. Here's the Midi CC list:

Agree with all above. At least we have an update today for bug fixes. Come on Korg: do you best here.
Great synth,, but no sound with plugKey... Midi Sync or Ableton Link are absolute must !
--- solved the plugKey sound... the midi channel has to be on 1 or omni for the keyboard to play --- 8-)

+1
For the double tap idea Ivan!!
Andrew I have had that same experience with the CC message issue.
Why didn't they give us a cc map!!!?
I would really like to see the ability to assign your own CCs with a long press option.
how do i set midi CC's, is there a midi learn feature somewhere?
No midi learn. You can download the Midi CC list above^^

are there any plans to make a full version for the MacOS? How do you sign up to beta test for Korg?
I enjoy playing ARP ODYSSEi a lot! It would be much more useful with some kind of tempo sync. Thanks.
