No sound comes from the plugKEY when I connect my iPhone,iPad or iPod touch’s earphones.

Due to iOS specifications, when earphones are connected to the iPhone,iPad or iPod touch itself, external devices such as the plugKEY cannot play audio.When using earphones, please connect them to the plugKEY’s earphone jack.
