Nov 2015, ios9.1 Brand new ipad pro. Audio is at max on the ipad. Reinstalled software. No sound out of speakers or headphone. Other apps like Garage Band produce sound. Neither the keyboard nor kaos pad produce any sound. Connecting an external roland a800 controller did not make any difference. No sound. Neither screen keyboard or external midi keyboard function with iM1, whereas GarageBand and Korg Module Le operate perfectly. Permalink Dave Jensen November 30, 2015 01:56 Update - problem solved. Powering cycling the iPad after installing the iM1 app allowed me to get sound from the screen keyboard. Another power cycle with my midi keyboard connected fixed that issue likewise. (Midi keyboard is a Samson Carbon 61). Instrument sound quality is outstanding !!!
