How do I transfer audio files from my Mac/PC to iAudioGate?

Follow the procedure below to use iTunes for transferring audio files.

  1. Start up iTunes on the Mac/PC.
  2. Connect your iOS device to the Mac/PC, and then select the iOS device that appeared (from the icons in the upper-left corner of the screen).
  3. In the left sidebar, select “Apps”.
  4. Select “iAudioGate” below [File Sharing] in the page that appeared.
  5. Click [Add], and then select the audio file of the song that you want to transfer.

How do you add DSD files onto iPhone since iTunes does not store or allow DSD high res files?

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that iTunes will allow any type of high-resolution audio file to 'pass-through', if you are loading it onto an application, using the method described above.

It works, that's true, but far from straight forward though.

And that's a fact!FTP, WebDAV, nas, or whatever file sharing protocol is desperately needed!

Post iOS upgrade iAudioGate does not import or recognise Hi-Res files.
