How do I migrate my KORG Legacy Collection plugins from korguser.net to korg.shop?

  1. Log in to KORG USER NET.

  2. Select "Migration Coupon" from the menu.

  3. Copy the displayed migration coupon code.

  4. Go to the KORG Shop by clicking on the URL of the product.

  5. Add the product to your cart and enter the migration coupon code.

    * In order to proceed with the purchase at the KORG Shop, new registration to KORG ID and input of coupon code is required. Also, although the price will be displayed, it will become free by entering the coupon code.

  6. Please register a new KORG ID from the checkout page.
  7. Confirm that you have received a confirmation email from KORG ID and activate your account.
  8. Log in to the created KORG ID account to proceed with the purchase.
  9. Download KORG Software Pass and activate your license.
  10. After activation is complete, download and install products.

    I just bought a MicroKEY37 read that I would get a Reason 10 Lite key, now I've registered all my gear and in the software section it says I have no software activated. The Reason Promo didn't give me a card with a key in the box. I can't get a hold of anyone at Korg either. Kinda lame.

    You are not the only victim. I have bought MicroKEY37 as well...bought complete Legacy Collection ..now recently I have made UPGRADE for additional softsynth ARP Odissey...for around 49.-$ now I have issue that I have to pay this bill 2x times...as I would ordered it 2 times in 10 days...checking my KORG ID can't get in --WRONG PASSWORD!! At my Bank they have canceled my MasterCard because of this particular issue..plus I will have to pay this DOUBLE bill, despite I've had allerted the FRAUD. As registered user of KORG's products opening my user page = NO REGISTERING PRODUCTS. ???!!! Marija Help Me! Budha Help Me! Chrishna Help Me! Tao Help Me! ...---... ...---... ...---...

    I've got totally deleted from KORG ID, got to pay 2x from unknown web page for KORGs purchase..
    Hello I have very serious issue, actually FRAUD! regarding payment over my MasterCard which I had to cancel because of this subject. The company KUNGMEDIA and 247MEDIA represented themselves as approved & trusted internet money transaction companies over which the transaction procedures of the KORG company are released. I've got a bill for 2 times to pay 2x 49.99EUR !! I must admit that I live on a hardship as disabled person with a very micro amount of money. Despite my situation I like KORG instruments and spending last possible money for my music activity..(which lasts now allready for more than 1/2 century). Checking Search engine by Google I have found BEWARE ALERT!! of these 2 WEB SITES as they are cheating people...missusing your renowned & trusting company name. I was allready at my bank and announced the FRAUD!! You from your side of the isuue and your interest for a good name should have to do as well..to help remedy the situation in which I've appeared now - IN TROUBLE.
    Hopefully we will remedy this unpleasant situation and get allright in advance/ buying some good WS-keyboard from KORG..

    The whole thing is a total scam:

    I "migrated" my old licenses to the new shop (any serious company could do that automatically anyway), "bought" the licenses in the new shop again for $0, and all the orders still have the status "pending" after a year. No product downloads, nothing.

    Furthermore, Even though I own /nearly/ all the products, Korg gives me a worse update price to the new bundle than someone who only owns the free M1LE. ok...

    ... so smart me, I got my hands on an M1LE license. But there is NO coupon code anywhere that I can use to buy the $99.99 bundle.

    Really, guys...

    I've followed the migration procedure for my Korg Legacy Collection, but when I try to apply the coupon from KORG USER NET it just says: Coupon code is not valid.

    Dear Korg,
    please guys tell how to redownload my bought produkcts.
    I`ve ones bought and migrate the legacy bundle but now i would like to change drive but after that produt doesn `t startup anymore. Have all the codes needed/also ofcourse my migrate codes, follow procedure till last step but still have to paid because order remains in basket. KORG WHY THIS DIFFICULTY, YOU WITH SUCH A BIG NAME. PLEASE HELP, I NEED MY SOFTWARE. thanks

    I just changed the hard drive of my computer and got the surprise of being unable to use the Korg plugins anymore after opening my projects. I have hundreds of projects using your plugins but unable to perform the licence migration and no migration coupon appear on Korg User Net. How can I just use my plugins? do I really have to pay extra $$ for the migration??

    Hi! I bought the korg legacy collection *SPECIAL BUNDLE* in 2014...Now just to upgrade to the same bundle for version 2 I have to pay double the price of what I originally paid for the whole special bundle?????????

    Totally unacceptable service - none of the advice is working and, as other users have reported, wasted hours trying to make this work. Korg - very simple - you allow users to deactivate the installation on one computer and then download allowing activation on their new machine - people upgrade machines every so oftwn and you have mad it so difficult a process, error codes, lock codes - your instructions are not working again - please sort this out - this bundle cost me a lot of money, I want to use it please. Migration, reathorisation...nothing works

    KORG SUCKS!!! I've been trying for a month now to get KLC reinstalled. No "Locking Codes," "Product Codes," or "Authorization Codes" furnished or displayed at all in my account, only the KLC... code, which is worthless. I definitely will NOT be purchasing any more Korg products in the future if they don't resolve this problem for me and thousands others!!! I'll use UVI and Roland products instead. They will lose a lifelong customer. So much for the loyal KORG customers. Korg is shitting all over their customers trying to get support that will actually solve the problems. Yes, Korg sucks and is a shitty SHITTY company!!!

    This app sucks. It sucks now and it sucked in the begining!!! I paid for it and cant even get the license code. I want for this company fo fix thier program before taking peoples money.i never thought i would get this way from korg. After all the money ive spent!!!!!

    I agree. Ever since Korg moved their supoort to Japan, it REALLY sucks! All you get is replies in broken English that don't make sense. Korg needs to bring support back to the USA for their American customers! Again, KORG support REALLY sucks! I gave up and just reinstalled my old KLC versions. Screw the updates and the migration crap. The original KLC collection worked just fine.
