How do I migrate my KORG Legacy Collection plugins from korguser.net to korg.shop?

  1. Acquire the migration code from KORG USER NET "Migration coupon" page.

  2. Visit the KORG Shop migration product page from "Migration coupon" page.

  3. Place the desired product in the cart and enter the migration coupon.

    * In order to proceed with the purchase at the KORG Shop, new registration to KORG ID and input of coupon code is required. Also, although the price will be displayed, it will become free by entering the coupon code.

  4. Following the instructions on the screen, proceed with the registration for KORG ID and purchase procedure.

  5. Please install the product according to the procedure described in the email after purchase completion.

  6. Follow the instructions on the screen when launching for the first time to authenticate the license.

    I thought I was the only one.I am glad I looked here. My time limit is gone bin 3 Days will you still honor this after that period.I believe you have someone who is playing games with people on Korg user .net. I specifically write a certain and it will send me to 1 place then I test it and it sends me to a different I repeat this over and over and I can tell the next step It cuts me off after I write a complaint and it doesnt cut me off if I write a positive remark. C'mon what is going on and now I have writen Korg user net is a scam all over the I-net and I can't take it back because i Have pushed extend this to ypur followers buttons. Luckily I used my fake app site except for on u-tube sorry I am paranoid enough to think I was being singled out. On that note Lisbon is realy cool maybe you could throw that in to make up for the suffering and heartache We all felt when this monstrous deal we thought was being witheld from us. Thank You anyway all your products are great.What exactly is server migration anyway

    I just went through the migration process and did the Legacy Collection Upgrade before migrating to get the Discount for ARP Odyssey. I see all my collection plus the Arp Odyssey in the new shop but no ARP Odyssey on the Korguser.net , I see the file links for the programs on the new shop are still linked to the old server too, maybe this should be fixed incase of a future crisis happening. Hopefully the Legacy collection keeps growing like the ipad programs you are making , just got the PolySix for the ipad too :)

    Thank you KORG app. I thought that there is no charge for cross-grading, after all on korgiser.net:

    "For Current Users of KORG Legacy Collection....Using the coupon code which will be issued, you will be able to switch from the KORG Legacy Collection series to KORG Collection free of charge."

    Thank you for your help, KORG app and others who have pointed out that while the cross/upgrade of the old KLC collection to the new Korg Collection is free, there is a $49 charge for the Arp Odyssey.

    The $49 charge is for owners of the complete collection. People like myself who never bought Mono/Poly have a higher price for Odyssey. This is kind of poor, since I bought the original Legacy Collection (and the MS-20 controller), the Digital Edition, and then the 64-bit upgrade, but I don't get access to the preferred prices because I hadn't bought Mono/Poly.

    Hello.

    I am trying to re-register my KORG M1 Legacy, and it won't let me re-purchase the product with the discount code even though it says the discount code has been applied, leading me to a dialogue box that says "Invalid Amount" every time I try and confirm the purchase..

    What is the solution to this?

    Tried several times, over hours, no chance to migrate. I keep getting

    I have 2 problems:
    1. My legacy collection is still pending?
    2. I can't find the legacy cell? It's in my korguser.net account, but I can't move it to the new shop?

    Please advice.

    Open registered products and download them .
    They are the latest
    Just use a bit of savvy

    I have registered now all of the Collection products on old korguser.net. However, I have migration code only for two products, how to continue with migration to new site?

    Also should I do the migration in single step when I've got all of the separate migration coupons into my korguser.net account visible, or can I do it in one by one? From where and when can I get the coupon to upgrade the whole old Legacy Collection to new Korg Collection by the discounted price?

    I have registered all six products on korguser.net but I don't still have the upgrade coupon, it still says:
    "Sorry, there is no upgrade coupon for you.
    Users who have registered 6 KLC products (MS-20, Polysix, Mono/Poly, M1, WAVESTATION and MDE-X), or M1 Le are eligible for this upgrade offer."
    The front page tell my registered product list:
    "Registered Softwares:
    M1
    MDE-X
    Mono/Poly
    MS-20
    Polysix
    WAVESTATION
    LegacyCell". Does it look OK?

    Ok, It just didn't happen immediately, but when I logged out and in then I saw the upgrade couplon for the whole bundle and was able to do the migration to Korg Collection - Legacy Bundle (without the APR Odyssey which can be upgraded separately). Thanks, it works!

    this is beyond ridiculous.
    i actually waited for the server issues to be solved but still cant get the migration code so the above steps are invalid.
    ffs how incompetent can you be. now what?

    my account has 5 plugins and the legacy cell, i did not bother with m1.
    the notification says that i am not eligible for the upgrade offer.
    are you for real? if this is the case, having bought a shed load of korg stuff over the years, and the full sortiment of apps on ios, i will 100% never get a korg product again.
    clarify please.

    I bought M1 Le on 15/11/2017, but now it says I have no product registered. I can't register it again or find a way how to get my license active again since this migration thing. I need the plugin for almost all of my music projects :-'(

    Same problem. I registered M1 Le one week ago and get same message for upgrade and migration:
    Sorry, there is no upgrade coupon for you.
    Users who have registered 6 KLC products (MS-20, Polysix, Mono/Poly, M1, WAVESTATION and MDE-X), or M1 Le are eligible for this upgrade offer.

    I also wrote on Friday to Help Center with no answer, can you please support ?

    Hey Korg,
    It's about time you sort out this migration problem. I've entered my migration coupon and hit purchase and nothing happens. This has been going on for months now.

    Do you guy's have any real support that I can contact for proper service?

    I noticed this whole thing by accident when updating Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol... It might be a good idea to inform customers by email when making this kind of a migration that requires action from the customer.
    At least I haven't received any info and I bought the original collection with the MS-20 controller years ago.

    So... I have the original collection and mono/Poly. I have also purchased the M1 LE but it doesn't show up at the Korg User Net. Therefore no upgrade ticket available.
    What to do?
    Also, I downloaded the installers for the plugins but they are older than my current versions..!!! My standalone synths are 1.3.1 but the installer to be downloaded is 1.2.0.
    Why?

    Jesus !! A nightmare!! Reading all those complains of other users/owners I found myself in the same troubles of the same issues as well. The best way is to find a good hacker/re_programmer to get rid of a security/registering procedure and go/proceed your own way with the allready payed softsynths. Jesus ...---... ...---... ...---...
